High school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. The Research Trainer will also assist in the ordering and organization of test supplies, lab equipment, and other materials for lab usage. The Research Trainer will assist faculty members with the development of testing plans and procedures for laboratory projects. The Research Trainer will assist in the management of data entry including utilizing REDCap, assigning data entry to OPS, undergraduate and graduate student research assistants, and maintaining high-quality data entry procedures. The Research Trainer will be responsible for accurately and proficiently administering assessments to students, scoring protocols, and entering date for projects. The Research Trainer will develop and administer training to and assist in the supervision of OPS, undergraduate, and graduate student research assistants working on lab projects, both in the lab locations and onsite at participating schools. Responsible for providing assistance in the management of research projects and overseeing the training of research lab staff.
